Common questions

The app read the wrong amount or game.

That is what the confirm screen is for: correct any field before saving. If you save a different amount than the photo shows, the win is kept as self-reported and will not count toward rankings. If the read was clearly wrong for a readable screen, send us the photo — it helps us improve.

My win says "Self-reported". Why?

A win counts toward rankings only when the amount can be read from the photo (a machine screen, sportsbook ticket, handpay slip, or receipt) or is backed by a W-2G. Chips, cash, or a table with no figure displayed can't be verified, so those wins are labeled self-reported. They still appear in your own history and, if you share them, in the feed with the label.

My photo was flagged as a duplicate.

The same photo was already logged — by you or by someone else. A duplicate can be kept for your own records but is not shared or ranked. If you believe this is a mistake, contact us with your handle and the date.

The casino is wrong or missing.

The app matches the nearest listed casino to your location. Pick a different one from the list on the confirm screen, or choose "Somewhere else" and type it. To get a property added to the list, email us its name and city.

I got a "limit reached" message when logging a win.

Photo reading is limited per account per hour and per day to keep the service fair. You can still log the win by entering the details by hand; the photo is kept with it.

I got a new phone. Where are my wins?

Anonymous accounts live on the device they were created on. Linking a sign-in method (Apple or Google) to carry an account across devices is coming; until then, contact us before switching phones and we will help.

How do I delete my account?

From the You tab when available in your version, or email privacy@trakjaks.com from the app with your handle. Deletion removes your profile, wins, photos, ledger entries, and tax records.

Is TrakJaks a gambling app?

No. TrakJaks does not take bets or pay winnings. It is a record of wins you have already had. If gambling is causing you problems, call 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537).

Report content

To report a shared win that is not what it claims to be, or content that violates our terms, email support@trakjaks.com with the handle and what you saw. Reports are reviewed by a person.
